  Quaint, humble, friendly. One of a kind. Truly a "family" store, where you're valued and treated with dignity. Offering a large selection for such a small store area, without feeling crowded. The Package is a little expensive, compared to a "chain" but the atmosphere and location is worth visiting. For decades a barber shop was adjacent,. Fond childhood memories, would get off the school bus for my annual haircuts [not fond], then head directly to Family Package - candy bars 2 for 1$ and a 1$ dog n suds root-beer. I'm now in my 30's, except for a few coats of paint it's not changed in my lifetime. Candy bars are all still 2 for $1, always a free assortment of candy and lots of "cheap" toys for the kids, (which is an incredible assist to this poor community) and annually free "shot bottles" for the adults.
